    Well rewarding and an experience one would always appreciate.
    The good thingsThe work culture is supportive and there is a clear effort from management to do the best by both employees and business. There is a value for work life balance and ensuring that everyone is happy. Management are open to new working concepts and arrangements and value your work's quality and results and reward/recognise your efforts.
    The challengesA very busy environment within the food manufacturing industry which is ever changing and challenging however the work is never boring and no two days are the same.

    The challengesLack of fairness - good workers overlooked/discouraged. Bad workers "in" with the right people are rewarded. Middle management is toxic, upper management is radioactive (and wrote some of the positive reviews here).

    The challengesAnchor is not for people who constantly need to be told what to do. Anchor is not just about the result but also about the journey, if you like the easy way then Anchor is not for you.

    Didn't enjoy working here at all. Felt unheard when issues were raised. Despite high performance and meeting KPI's, there were no opportunities.

    Opportunity abounds with great team support.
    The good thingsAmazingly diverse and challenging role ... I have been promoted out of the operations - production side if the business and mentored by key management members to take on a role I never dreamed I could do. When I unnecessarily doubted myself I always found key management support swept in to make sure I could achieve my best. The support of the team has made this role the must rewarding in my work life. Good balance of team members and a pleasure to work with a dddicated and focussed team.
    The challengesFast moving FMCG environment heavily relying on supplier performance which in occasions let us down relative to our exacting standards. Again support from management team to lift supplier performance.
