    Well rewarding and an experience one would always appreciate.
    The good thingsThe work culture is supportive and there is a clear effort from management to do the best by both employees and business. There is a value for work life balance and ensuring that everyone is happy. Management are open to new working concepts and arrangements and value your work's quality and results and reward/recognise your efforts.
    The challengesA very busy environment within the food manufacturing industry which is ever changing and challenging however the work is never boring and no two days are the same.

    The challengesLack of fairness - good workers overlooked/discouraged. Bad workers "in" with the right people are rewarded. Middle management is toxic, upper management is radioactive (and wrote some of the positive reviews here).
