    No respect for admin staff
The good thingsOnsite coffee shop and free morning tea every day. Some nice teachers. Great tuckshop.
The challengesIncredible disrespect for administration staff. Pay is below Anglican School average despite Churchie being one of the richest Anglican schools. Administration offices are understaffed and very little flexibility is given to assist work/life balance. Senior School leadership and the rest of the senior leadership team are unsupportive and not progressive, they never want to make things better and more efficient. They make it very obvious that admin staff are replaceable, no matter how hard you work. Don't work here!

The challenges- management has no regard or interest in furthering the career, job satisfaction, working environment, efficiency or salary of administrative staff.

    Double-edged sword for admin staff
The good thingsYou become part of a very tight knit community from day one as administration staff are the backbone to that place!
The challengesThere is absolutely no career progression if you are in administration. They are not flexible with anything (especially leave) but will bend over backwards for teaching staff. The administration staff are highly undervalued and underappreciated there, they work year round and get paid significantly less than what we are entitled to. If you have a concern, you could not go to management as they do not have a great track record with addressing any issues you may have.
