    Do not waste your time
    The good thingsnice clients, but there is no point when your qualifications are completely going to waste as you're just used as a maid.
    The challengesThe ONBOARDING is absolutely ridiculous! Outdated and completely over the top. so many forms, a million and one hoops to jump through, and just as you're finally past the finish line, they start making you complete UNITS online!!! Once you finally finish them, you don't get any shifts anyway! (unless you want to be a maid) unbelievable. wasted so much of my time.

    Great management and staff. Easy to speak too and they do genuinely care about you and are understanding.
    The good thingsPleasant office staff, great management, they work to your schedule
    The challengesSometimes you work for 1 hour and have a 2 hour break between clients. I'd prefer a flowing day. But that is part of the job. They try and make it flow.

    Disappointed, not what I signed up for! Poor communication and false advertising really as they only mainly want cleaning staff.
    The good thingsClients are always lovely and grateful for support.
    The challengesPoor management and Human Resource Staff. They really only want people who can do cleaning! 1-2 hr shifts, short notice often cancelled. I was told there was no support work unless I could do domestic assistance.

I'm so sorry to read this feedback, we by no means want our staff to feel disappointed and certainly do not want the team to feel like we are false advertising our position. A common theme for our industry are comments like this, such as only wanting cleaning staff. The reality is that this is the first thing our ageing clients notice they cannot do for themselves any more, therefore creating more of these kinds of services. We are always open to having discussions about these kinds of things and if you choose not to do Domestic Assistance that is completely fine and an option for all staff to choose the services they complete.
