AroFlo job management software has been transforming the lives and businesses of tradies across field and trade-based industries for over 20 years. Back in 1998, our founder Guy Arrowsmith saw a clear gap in the market for a trade-specific digital job management system ideally suited to a mobile workforce. In 2001 the AroFlo we know today took shape and has continued to evolve. But the vision is the same. Today AroFlo is part of one of the world’s largest field service software groups, inspiring business growth and work-life balance for tradespeople. With the additional investment and support from K1 Investment Management, we can continue to strive to simplify the working lives of tradies.

    Our mission statement

We create forever evolving software that positively impacts service and maintenance trade businesses.

The good thingsI was encouraged to expand my skill set and explore new areas of expertis. AroFlo also provides various training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities that have significantly contributed to my professional development, enhancing my knowledge and skills. Furthermore, AroFlo places great emphasis on personal growth. Employees are encouraged to set goals and are provided with resources and support to achieve them. The company's commitment to employee growth is commendable and has significantly contributed to my professional advancement.
The challengesWhile AroFlo excels in providing learning opportunities, there are some challenges in terms of communication from the management to its employees. Some expectation not always effectively communicated, leading to confusion and misunderstandings. This lack of communication can sometimes create unnecessary stress. AroFlo has been slow in adopting work-from-home policies, which can be a drawback for employees who require or prefer this flexibility. Expanding remote work options would not only improve work-life balance but also increase employee satisfaction and productivity.
