    Great supportive team and a very open and friendly office.
    The good thingsI have worked in 3 Real Estate offices over the past 8 years and I can honestly say that Arthur Conias Real Estate has been by far the best to work at. They have fantastic support and management is always right here if things go sideways to help smooth out the issue at hand. The systems in place are easy to use and follow. I have 3 children which any parent who has children and work in the industry knows how hard the juggle can be at times, the management team have accommodated my hours to suite my family and do not expect any out of hours work. Most importantly you do get recognition for hard work and feel like you are part of the family!
    The challengesProperty Management will always be a challenge but with having such a supportive head of department it does make the job much easier to deal with.

    Very decent workplace
    The good thingsFixed hours with understanding and flexibility when it comes to requesting leave. Close to many local eateries. Mostly strong communication in the workplace. Equal opportunity and room to progress in your career. Compassionate colleagues, fairness in council and recognition for work/efforts. Under Jenman system so doesn't leave much room for confusion on how to conduct yourself. They support you in your role and can be quite accommodating.
    The challengesCan sometimes be put under immense pressure due to lack of communication/time management - this does not stem from management, usually from busy colleagues who don't have much flexibility in their day to day schedule so it is understandable. Work can become quite tedious, as the market fluctuates so does your workload.
