    Worst place to work. I don't recommend anyone to join this company.
    The good thingsYou can learn on the job.
    The challengesLow salary and rare reviews: Pay is below average, and salary reviews hardly ever happen. They asked me to get two certifications for a review but didn’t allow study time or access to reading materials during office hours. Micromanagement at its peak: You have to fill in detailed timesheets. If you log 6 hours on a ticket, you still need to explain what you did for the remaining 1.5 hours. Whenever I had no tickets, I tried to read certification materials, but my team leader told me not to and instead to ask dispatch for more tickets. No career growth: The team structure is poor, and even people who’ve been there for 10 years are stuck in the same role. No support for Job reference letters: They won’t help with job reference letters for skill assessments. If you’re an immigrant and need points for your job, avoid this organization.

    The good thingsWorked with some great team members. Very helpful colleagues though the technical competence was lacking a bit.
    The challengesNo annual pay reviews. Pay was very low and most employees were unhappy with it. Too many managers bossing around.

    Great team and culture!
    The good thingsHaving worked for ASI for over 4 years now, I cannot speak highly enough about the team and culture. The company values are engrained in all areas of the business and as an employee I feel valued and appreciated for my contributions to ASI's success and growth. As a family owned business I feel ASI really values and supports the individual - their learning and development, career growth as well as work/life balance.
    The challengesLooking forward to lockdown and COVID restrictions lifting so that the wider team can get together for our annual conference which has now been postponed 2 years in a row.

    Great team, open to advice, family matters!
    The good thingsHave been working at ASI for a couple of years now, and there really is a great culture. The team is dynamic, everyone gets in and lends a hand when anyone needs support. If there is a problem, management is always available to discuss and resolve. It's great to be part of a really strong team!
    The challengesThe company is growing at a huge rate, so there is always a lot to get on with. A pretty good problem to have.

    Believe in yourself and the rest will come.
    The good thingsI left ASI 6 years ago and went to a competitor, what a mistake I made however I have to leave ASI to spread my wings and see to see what was on the outside of ASI. ASI is 1 big family and is very family orientated that's what I love about ASI that you can still have a work/home balance, I came back to ASI 3 years ago because I missed the management/sales team .. The team and management are very supportive and the targets are reasonable. if you stay focused and push yourself you have no problems :)

    The good thingsThe salary was fair for the work required. National presence provided diversity in skill sets across the company. Some great colleagues too
