Worst place to work. I don't recommend anyone to join this company. The good thingsYou can learn on the job.
The challengesLow salary and rare reviews: Pay is below average, and salary reviews hardly ever happen. They asked me to get two certifications for a review but didn’t allow study time or access to reading materials during office hours.
Micromanagement at its peak: You have to fill in detailed timesheets. If you log 6 hours on a ticket, you still need to explain what you did for the remaining 1.5 hours. Whenever I had no tickets, I tried to read certification materials, but my team leader told me not to and instead to ask dispatch for more tickets.
No career growth: The team structure is poor, and even people who’ve been there for 10 years are stuck in the same role.
No support for Job reference letters: They won’t help with job reference letters for skill assessments. If you’re an immigrant and need points for your job, avoid this organization.
