Started good with great team and leader. toxic work culture no trust no real growth.
The good things* Modern office environment and strong focus on Sales growth. * was a good step in door company so make the move in 1-2 years. Advice to Management: * Invest in technically capable leadership within IT and service delivery functions * Create clearer pathways for growth and recognition for experienced staff * Encourage cross-team collaboration to improve efficiency and problem-solving * Align compensation with market standards and introduce transparent progression frameworks * Ensure organisational culture and diversity initiatives are reflected in day-to-day practices * Strengthen internal infrastructure and delivery capability to match client expectations.
The challenges* Limited technical expertise at the management level, which can impact decision-making and outcomes * Experienced employees are not always recognised or provided with growth opportunities * Service desk operates under non-technical leadership, leading to challenges in effectively resolving complex issues * Restricted collaboration across teams can create inefficiencies and frustration * Leadership structure lacks clear strategic direction and support * Compensation is always below market rates, with minimal salary growth after joining * Organisational culture does not consistently reflect its stated diversity and inclusion values * IT infrastructure and internal capabilities may not align with the company’s positioning, particularly when supporting larger clients * Concerns around how capabilities are presented to clients in order to secure contracts * High turnover in IT and development teams over the past few years

Good for experience and that was about it
The good thingsMost of my co-workers were great to work with
The challenges-Pay was not good at all and even after remunerations which were insulting -Local management desperately needs to be reviewed before more people leave
