One of the most rewarding roles that I have done.
The good thingsOur initial on boarding was amazing, love my teammates. Our service manager is just the best.
The challengesThe next steps in our training could be more available.

I'm genuinely relieved to have moved on. It was the right decision, and I feel much better being out
The good thingsSome coworkers and clients
The challengesNo annual pay increases are provided. Staff must advocate for a pay rise by justifying their value to management, who then determine eligibility. This process is inconsistent and lacks transparency. Employees with extensive experience are earning the same as new starters with no prior experience. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are set at levels that are often unattainable. While bonuses are technically available for meeting KPIs, the targets are unrealistic. Role changes within the organisation are lateral rather than promotional, meaning staff do not receive a pay increase when changing positions. Staff feel undervalued. Length of service is not meaningfully recognised; anniversary acknowledgements are limited to gift cards or time off, rather than tangible rewards or career progression.

    A company who’s always hiring……
The good thingsWorking with some good clients
The challengesUnprofessional management, gossip, brown nosing and cliques. Clients are $$$ and not people. Company does not live up to its own values. unsafe offices, no client privacy, lack of training for new staff and HR dept is inept. They have mass recruitment events to try to keep up with staff turnover.
