    Only positive take-away was seeing old colleagues again. I would stay far away from Titan Ford.
    The good thingsKnew some colleagues when rejoining the team so it was good to work along side them again.
    The challenges* Commissions are not paid out fairly and on a whim they change how the formula is calculated based with unclear parameters to boot. * Change of Work Processes is common practice. * Tasks get amended/redundant on a weekly basis. - Hard to follow steps as management constantly change procedures. * Personally dealt with conflict between my role as service receptionist and a senior staffer that shared key responsibilities and attempted to "manage" me despite not being a manager. (Unfortunately, this senior staffer has an issue with anybody that is in this key role and they're still there today.) * Lack of direction and at times felt you were thrown in the deep-end without any life rafters in sight. Couple this with processes changing, its a nightmare. * Super high turn-over in the AAG Brookvale branch (Titan Ford) * New Management, more unrealistic expectations on everybody in office. * New Dealer Principal (unsure if he is capable).
