I received the right level of support and the right level of education at the time I started in the industry. Find the level of management and allow them to coordinate your success and if you become lucky enough and with enough hard work you could create

The good thingsMost importantly the industry gives you what you are willing to put in. The self sacrifice is not and every day decision that can be made within a 24 hrs period. So my advice is make sure you are aware and you understand the business and stay confident. Plus patience can play a key role in an individual's success. It's a long road and not everyone gets a chance. Believe in yourself.
