Bamara has to be the worst employment provider I have ever seen.
The good thingsMeeting the frontline staff and consumers.
The challengesGet rid of the entire senior leadership team. They do not have the skills or experience to lead. Absolutely toxic and poor senior management. Terrible place to work or even be associated with.
