    The challengestoxic culture from manager and certain supervisors, HR does not act, pay cell mistakes regularly, morale rock bottom. unorganised and lies about job security.

    Overall it is a good place to work.
    The good thingsExcellent job security. There is minimal micro management. Opportunity to change roles and move within business units. The company has an impressive history & storyline. Ability to build a career.
    The challengesWe sometimes have difficulty getting the basics right. Challenges that are not uncommon in a business that has grown this quickly.
