    Absolutely loved my role as FOH manager and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to be a part of its growth
    The good thingsGreat environment to work in with live music , great food and craft beer that all come together in a casual relaxed setting in the beautiful Barossa valley
    The challengesPeak season is challenge as venue is always busy with lots of bookings and constant stream of customers. The ability to adapt quickly in fast paced environment

    The good thingsThere is a family feel to working here. The owners try hard to make you feel part of a team and listen to staff input. And of course there is beer.
    The challengesIt is a fast paced and very busy place in the Summer.

    Fun place to work and get involved with the community.
    The good thingsWorking in a family business with a great community environment, live music, local sports team involvement and representing the Business at events such as the Beer and BBQ Festival. Fully supports the Barossa branding and culture. Overall hard working and dedicated team.
    The challengesTrying to keep up with the ever changing variety of delicious beers.

    The challengesVery poor management. Owners have no experience in hospitality and are not willing to listen to qualified and experience staff.
