DRINK WELL. DO GOOD.Beers brewed with integrity and a brewery run with a desire to do good, can do much more than quench a thirst. In my past corporate job, efforts to integrate community responsibility were often stymied as ideas went up the command chain. Now nothing stops me indulging a desire to link our brewery’s success to worthwhile causes and great people. These efforts do not meet the definition of “Charity”, as we often benefit greatly from these relationships. I hope to involve our friends and fans in helping us drink well and do good. So grab a beer, have a read and get involved.Cheers,DenhamSource: This is an extract from the company's own website.

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Barossa Valley Brewing appreciate the great work environment with live music, great food, and craft beer in a casual, relaxed setting in the beautiful Barossa Valley. There is a family feel to working at the brewery, with owners who try to make employees feel part of a team and listen to staff input. Employees also value the opportunity to represent the business at community events and be involved with local sports teams, fully supporting the Barossa branding and culture.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as peak seasons when the venue can be very busy with many bookings and a constant stream of customers, requiring employees to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, some employees have noted that the owners may lack experience in hospitality and may not always be willing to listen to qualified and experienced staff.
