The good thingsGreat team of carers always there to lend a hand or a shoulder to lean on .management are always on hand and approachable .I always looked forward to every shift and found a real connection with all of the residents .highly recommend barossa village for anyone that wants a full filling job in this industry .
The challengesThe only challenges I found was not having enough time In a day to cater to everyone's needs .The obvious challenge of watching people's pain and not being able to make it go away .having to leave the residents at the end of each shift became a challenge in itself .
