The good thingsSupportive colleagues but most have now left.
The challengesVery toxic culture. No support or understanding from management. Favouritsm. Micromanagement and unreasonable expectations despite ongoing stock and supply issues resulting in disappointed customers and continuing to lose business. You are just a number - care factor zero.
