    AI summary of recent reviews

Beiersdorf is recognised for its strong company culture that emphasises inclusivity and family-oriented values. Employees appreciate the convenient location away from the CBD, good work-life balance with flexible scheduling, and access to quality resources and tools to support their work.

Some aspects that employees navigate include varying management styles that can be detail-oriented, career advancement opportunities that differ between departments, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Avoid this company if you value your mental well-being
The good thingsBig Brand and You thought it may be great for your career path
The challengesManagement often questioned minor things (e.g., time spent in the restroom, VPN access) and used various reasons to place staff on PIPs. HR ignored concerns raised. The stressful environment seriously impacted my mental health and forced me to seek professional help.

Working at Beiersdorf was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was so mistreated. My levels of stress were so high that my doctor thought I was developing a cardiopathy.
The good thingsClose to home. The location is way better than the CBD.
The challengesThe company does a big effort on building a good culture and being inclusive but some people don’t get the message.
