    The good thingsCan rent movies for free. Nice friendly environment and can just suggest movies and be nice about it. Great customer feedback and we love hearing it from them and we like hearing their reviews on movies as we give our own.
    The challengesTo finish set tasks by the end of the shift every night by whatever the boss has set. It could be from looking at late fees and sending out texts to people, cleaning movies, getting a customers movies ready as they have reserved it. Putting stock out while being very busy behind the counter. Handling phone calls and a huge line in the store

    The good thingsworking in home entertainment provides a very happy and positive environment to work,dealing with customers is easy and you get a diverse customer base everyone has different needs and being able to meet those needs always gives a feeling satisfaction

    The good thingsGreat team. Everyone is lots of fun to work with and the customers are all generally really nice. It's great to work in an envrionment where you feel accepted.

    Great job for school aged kids and university students
    The good thingsFree movie rentals, access to movies before they are released, discount on purchases, exposure to a range of people from all walks of life, shifts are varied and can be day or night which means you can balance work with study and a social life easily
    The challengesRun by small business owners, dying industry, challenge of keeping discs clean and preventing damage, dealing with Kate fees and people who don't want to pay debts, dealing with people who tend to be cheap as they won't buy or go to the movies so don't want to pay full price when Dela's and prices are often very reasonably priced
