No training of new staff. Be capable of doing the full job or don't do it... I was a detailer when I started fitting. I started from scratch. I knew nothing.

The good thingsI was an accessory fitter there. Good variety of work
The challengesThey lost all good workers and put on foreign workers. Poor pay. Over worked with lack of experienced workers. No overtime offered to meet end of month targets. Just get told to work harder... Vehicle deadlines were almost impossible to meet.
