    Amazing experience.
The good thingsAmazing team at the time I worked here, full intensive training was provided and constant sales training too which is great. The people I've worked with here were some of the most amazing people I've ever worked with and they definitely look after you. Will cherish the experience I had with this company.
The challengesMaking target, especially during quiet times. But you make up for it the following months. Also the new management that came on.

My experience at Body Catalyst was an interesting eye opener into what the body sculpting industry is and it was fascinating to learn at my short time there.
The good thingsSupporting clients to achieve their body goals and seeing their own transformation and knowing that they were supported was rewarding. Meeting so many different women in the company and learning from each of them was educating.
The challengesThere is a lot of pressure to sell and this is a very sales focused role which I wasn't prepared for and felt like it took away from genuine care of the client's health & wellness. Management was also difficult at times when giving constructive criticism to only benefit the team & work ethic.
