    Unhappy and disappointing. They promise so much to staff and give nothing back. Wages were low too so I have almost nothing good to say about them.
    The good thingsPeers were supportive of each other
    The challengesManagement was terrible. Vindictive, controlling, patronizing. Management liked to spy on staff - it got to a point we event had to tell colleagues when you were going to the toilet! Human resources treated staff like children.

    The good thingsPICA Group is an incredible organisation to work for. Their people culture is one of the main reasons for retaining staff. Also communication right through the company makes everything transparent and one feels well supported.
    The challengesSometimes the work load can get big. And having to deal with different kinds of customers can be a challenge.
