Select management can be micromanagers and not fully support you, change their minds on things, not allow you to step up/get angry when you discuss work related general everyday work topics/discussions with other people in your department and not them, make you confused and second guess yourself, there are double standards, and blame blame blame. Not fair treatment and can be stressful at times.
