Amazing team culture and quality-based focus.
The good thingsAmazing team culture, always looking for collaboration opportunities and how best to support colleagues across the network! There is a great sense for quality within the team, supporting each other to do better and provide great services.
The challengesFunding challenges within the NDIS framework prove to be a challenge for operations, however Breakthru along with the support from the Royal Rehab Group is well positioned to navigate these obstacles in the years to come.

I wouldnt work here unless you love favourtism, low pay and a hostile working environment.
The good thingsFellow colleagues that were in the same position and expereinced the same issues really made it worthwhile being there. However, due to the environment many staff opted to work from home (which they are now increasing the difficuty of)
The challengesPay - underpaid for the role, underpaid for the level of work they expect from you. Requested a review though as SCs are required to complete tasks and responsibilities that a team leader is required to do. Pay level did NOT match the roles and responsibilities appropriatey. It has come to light that BT have previously been found by Fairwork to backpay their employees. Can confirm they are still underpaying them. Management - while approachable, they are quick to palm off your issues to others. E.g. telling you to get another SC to help you (who is also oer worked, underpaid, and has more than their caseload allows) They promote in-house promotions and opportunities however 3 people have put their hand up for the current TL position and have been turned down. Anyone that requires extra support with technology will wait prolonged times or be told that this needs to be funded by themselves.
