The good thingsThe good things were the friendships made along the way and management who don’t see themselves above you but instead your equal.
The challengesIt is concerning that official communications from HR contain repeated spelling and grammatical errors. This not only undermines confidence in the professionalism of the department but also sets a poor example for the rest of the organisation. lack of conflict de-escalation skills, which has unfortunately worsened rather than improved the situation.
The failure to take appropriate and timely action in response to very serious complaints raises serious questions about HR’s ability to uphold its duty of care to employees. When employees cannot rely on HR to respond with competence, clarity, and fairness, it damages trust across the entire organisation.
