    It's an exciting place to work with lots of interesting people, some of them working at the markets over 30 years or more! You get to learn about the different businesses and you can do so many different roles. I'm looking forward to see where my career with Brismark takes me!
    The good thingsIt's great to be part of the bustling Brisbane Markets! With all of it's history and the diverse range of people, it's an exciting place to work!
    The challengesThe early mornings can be hard at first but you soon get used to it. The markets come to life early morning and luckily the café is open for a hot coffee to kick start your day.

    The good thingsThere is a lot of opportunity here if you are motivated, want to succeed, and are prepared to put in the work required. I have found the company to be open to new ideas, particularly when they are backed by a well-considered proposal. I have had the opportunity to work on some really innovative projects and have learnt so much in my time here. I feel well-supported in my career journey and the staff and management are great to work with. A great team environment in an organisation that values the same things that I do!
    The challengesThere is a lot to learn when you first start if you have not previously worked in the industry. However, plenty of training and support are provided.

    The good thingsThe systems, resources, and people add to the pleasant experience. An extremely well established office with great systems, clear policies and procedures and core values that align with my own. The Executive Team and Management identify strengths in their employees and make sure to harness those skills and build on them so you are always learning and improving. Hard work is always noticed and appreciated.
    The challengesThere is a lot to learn but the training and support is amazing. The resources available during your first couple of months are so helpful.
