    TOXIC environment with extremely poor staff morale and very negative
    The good thingsThere were no good things apart from leaving.
    The challengesHigh staff turnover because of unrealistic expectations with work load and the hostile and cruel way they treat staff.There are never enough staff to complete all assigned tasks. Very stressful environment which hasn't changed through the years.Often you work through breaks to complete tasks to avoid being reprimanded. It was honestly the worst place I have ever worked and if my review can help you decide not to work there then I have saved you. I would say that every aspect of Buckland needs an overhaul from the top to the bottom to combat all the challenges that it presents. Management are aware of the aforementioned and do nothing.

    This place has a weird culture about it and seemed cold and depressing.
    The good thingsThe roof top garden, is a nice escape for lunch.
    The challengesTrying to convince management to move forward using technology and programmes rather than pen and paper, like other successful businesses.
