Overall it's a good company to work for, but it's not as good as it used to be.
The good thingsRewards you with financial benefits if you hit your monthly KPIs, you get 50% off of your health insurance (it does save you a lot of money) Great products and employee benefits.
The challenges- Sales target is constantly raising each year - Monthly target is unrealistic to achieve with the current economic cycle. -They only care about your sales figures, they literally treat people like numbers. - Career development is a joke. Interview for internal vacancies could drain you dry.

    Fun, interesting, rewarding.
The good thingsDynamic environment, good people, nice benefits, positive philosophy.
The challengesIt was changing very quickly, which is one of the things I liked about it, but theoretically challenging. There was a huge amount of complex work in the pipeline, moist - if not all - would now be completed.
