Great place, great people, would return in a heartbeat.
The good thingsHelpful friendly people, high degree of autonomy, most people willing to share knowledge and explain things. Always felt valued and appreciated.
Had access to everything I needed to perform the job and got out and about occasionally. Management were very approachable and flexible and willing to listen to new ideas.
The challengesSometimes budgetary constraints and an ailing economy would throw up challenges but this was beyond the control of management.
