Great place to make a difference and work with great people
The good thingsGreat people, great cause. The organisation is becoming a great place to work at. Some recent changes to leaders have improved the culture and made sure that people who are hard working and have the skills are recognised. Some real problem people have gone and it’s so much better now. People are free to be focussed on the cause and not on egos.
The challengesNothing anymore. It wasn’t the best place but it’s got so much better now. People are great and leadership understands what’s important to us. Not like it was before with cliques and favouritism. Could do better at diversity

The organization urgently needs to conduct a thorough review of employee qualifications.
The good thingsThe cafe next door and my walks to king st
The challengesPeople are leaving this organization and for good reason. There is no real support for career development, and many employees are actively searching for opportunities elsewhere because they feel overlooked and undervalued. It’s especially disheartening for those who have invested thousands of dollars in their education, only to watch roles being handed to individuals based on personal connections rather than merit. While job postings may claim that a bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, in reality, many roles are filled by people who haven’t even completed college or, in some cases, not even high school. The organization urgently needs to conduct a thorough review of employee qualifications. If the new CEO takes a serious look, they will likely discover that many current staff members in key roles lack even the most basic educational credentials. This culture of favoritism and lack of accountability is damaging morale and driving away talent. Change is long overdue.
