The good thingsNothing was enjoyed at this toxic workplace
The challengesMy experience in this workplace has been overwhelmingly negative due to a lack of resources, support, and accountability. Employees are regularly expected to meet unrealistic expectations without the tools, staffing, or guidance necessary to succeed. Instead of addressing these gaps, leadership often shifts responsibility onto the team, creating a culture of fear, guilt, and constant blame. This not only damages morale but also makes it nearly impossible to perform effectively. The absence of proper training, clear communication, and problem-solving leaves employees feeling frustrated, undervalued, and set up for failure. Overall, the environment is toxic, unsustainable, and in urgent need of improvement from the top down.
