    Save yourself the stress, anxiety & onset of self doubt. Work elsewhere.
    The good thingsA lot of fantastic, talented people in the team.
    The challengesReneged bonuses, unbearable pressure, impossible and illogical targets, senior management were bordering on negligent. Managers from head office working locally do not observe or respect local workplace conventions (or laws in some cases). Constant after hours and weekend contact and requests.
