    The challengesIn Australia only experienced, lack of decision ownership, lack of focus on issues and instead generating new issues for individuals visibility. Some disciplines work in isolation and likely not to be bother sharing information or collaborating with other disciplines on team efforts.

    The challengesSame old things packaged up after VCA etc. Is the same old. Doest help when leaders are let sown by ambitous mid managers who are building their own mini empire.
