Great experience but would select other employment options regardless of less remuneration for a more stable working environment.
The good thingsRemuneration and benefits great. Opportunities to develop your own career only limited by yourself.
The challengesIn my six years there I was always unsure of the future every few years we had workforce reductions. Which created a very uneasy environment.
