    Big companies don't necessarily mean good companies.
    The good thingsCompressed Work Week (every second Friday off). Number of networks available Good to have on CV - looked upon favourably by future employers
    The challengesCan be a very male dominant environment; didn't feel as though equal opportunities were available. A lot of talk, but not much action. Treating employees as a number, did not feel valued. Large corporations can box employees in as processes needs to be flowed through numerous departments and levels of authority There isn't always room to move or opportunities for career development Performance reviews were extremely jaded - did not encourage employees to perform better.
