The challengesThe management acts as if they are listening to staffs and other issues. No career development opportunities. Poor work culture.

Absolutely awful. Management only support those that they favour and only care about money.

The challengesWorking with some of the other ECA’s and RN’s proved challenging as was working with management who never listened or dealt with issues
