    The challengesMany staff members here work very hard, but unfortunately they do not seem to be valued or recognised enough. Because of this, a lot of good people end up leaving. Staff appreciation and support would really help improve the workplace and keep experienced employees. I hope management can look into this and make positive changes.

    Was great to work with some lovely people. Sadly an awful experience towards the end.
    The good thingsA couple of lovely people in other clinics. Worked for sister company first step fertility
    The challengesTerrible management, do not follow policy. I was also mistreated by a staff member, after grievance process had to continue working in that environment until I felt pushed out and left a job that I enjoyed. Also company makes changes out of the blue before putting the right things in place.
