They will employ you if you want a job
The challengesHave to move between metro and regional clinics - they do not care for your preferences
They are too tight with money to actually fix anything which requires fixing - e.g. the autoclave, clinic chairs, power points falling out of the wall

Really don’t recommend
The good thingsFortnightly RDO, the other team members are so friendly and always there for eachother
The challengesManagement constantly making decisions that affect everyone else without any conversation, poor leadership, expectation to take on double the workload with the same low pay, every time there’s a team culture day it gets canceled, staff leaving and their role not replaced their work is just forced onto everyone else, taking away WFH for no reason, no solid career progression options.

The good thingsThere are some truly wonderful people on the team that I can call friends.
The challengesLow pay. Long hours - the fortnight RDO isn’t worth it. Poor flexibility with work life balance. Staff refuse to travel regionally - you are told it’s on rotation, yet the same few people have to go every trip whilst others don’t have to. Poor business decisions from the top level. Staff are ignored
