Sadly no longer a great place to workA terrible toxic workplace. The worst ever experienced. Huge turn over either by the smart ones that leave or the numerous random redundancies. No one feels job safe -who is next!? No leadership. No one comes into the office even on anchor days - not even core contacts for the whole org such as IT, HR. COO. Really poor moral to be expected by staff with no leadership. New staff are left with no manager to guide them when settling in, its left to staff to take care of. Senior leaders are very clever at spin and clueless to their own behavior - but not all are fooled! Most staff are great and due to incompetence's, the org have lost many lovey knowledgeable, reliable staff.

Every step there is a challenge, there is no job satisfaction and no transperency
The good thingsThe pay and perks are very good. Opportunities provided to people with good contacts
The challengesThere is no clear goals, very unprofessional behaviour by the Service Transformation Manager and Products Manager. They have unaccpeting poor work life balance. They have been unkind and unethical to a lot of employees. They think it is ok to treat anyone badly and get away with it. They project like they are sustainable and ethical company but they are a Sham
