Hard pass! Terrible training program + toxic partner = disaster of a workplace
The good thingsBarely any positives if any.
The challengesToxic working environment, not conducive to learning especially for uni students working their first legal job. You will be expected to learn all tasks in the first two days through online learning. Honest mistakes and errors were met with scrutiny and personal attacks from the partner. No responsibility ever assumed by the partner or management for poor induction and training program, or lack thereof. Partner was also incredibly cold, could not hold a conversation outside of work and rarely says hi. Do not settle for toxic workplaces, find a place that respects you as an individual!

    Excellent environment and friendly team
The good thingsWorking at home is great, IT delivered all my necessary gadget to my home. Co-workers are friendly and helpful, I do enjoy the social environment very much and have recommended my ex-colleague to CBP, and a plus to generous referral plan.
The challengesSo far there is nothing major to mention about.

    NIGHTMARE !!!
The good thingsHardly any- Its in the CBD so travelling is easy. Its also easy to look for other better opportunities.
The challengesPeople: It has the worst people and culture. There's no value for non fee-earners and no opportunities to grow. Its a company for back-biting people who will never stand up for the right things.
