    Looking forward to going to work everyday and making a difference in people's lives
    The good thingsOn boarding was easy and quick Buddy shift was great .learning what clients required was very comfortable to learn and didn't go in with not knowing what service was being given
    The challengesScheduling..give more time between clients for travel more so when its peak hour for school drop off and pick-up

    Smooth on boarding and welcoming team.
    The good thingsThe onboarding process was easy and thorough. Having buddy shifts to show you the ropes is very valuable. The team are friendly and welcoming and there is always someone there to ask any questions you may have. They are accommodating and have the team member in mind when delegating shifts.
    The challengesIt can be tricky to navigate all of the apps you need to use in your day, especially when you have used other systems for so long in previous roles.

    The good thingsThe pay was okay - the people in the office were great.
    The challengesA lot of things!!! They are not a company that are for the employees, they are all about money, and to be fair don’t give a damn about the clients. The workplace culture is horrendous, and for the work I did I was never paid enough.
