Employees appreciate the easy and thorough onboarding process at Comlink Australia, particularly the buddy shifts that help new team members learn their roles. Many highlight the warm, friendly and people-centric culture, where the supportive team is always available to answer questions. The excellent work/life balance with flexibility, including work from home options, is valued, along with opportunities for personal growth and career development that allow employees to move between different roles within the organisation.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as navigating the multiple apps required for daily work, particularly when transitioning from other systems. Some employees have noted that scheduling could be improved by allowing more time between clients for travel, especially during peak hours. Additionally, some concerns have been raised about management and organisational priorities.
