Mistreatment and Mismanagement - High TurnoverThe good thingsThere are some benefits such as free food and the occasional good manager
The challengesLots of co-educators are mean or hurtful to children and other staff. When you speak up, they say it wasn't on camera so they can't do anything. They quiet fired me - after 1 year of consistent shifts, they stopped scheduling me immediately after I spoke up about being uncomfortable. I was supposed to get a promotion after speaking to my room leader, but my manager ignored her and my requests for a meeting citing she was too busy.
When I quit they asked me why. They still owe me money in lost wages due to erroneous payslips and I was unable to get them to put anything formal in writing. After, I checked their page and they promoted the employee that was being hurtful to the position I was meant to get. Absolutely disgusting behaviour
