    Mistreatment and Mismanagement - High Turnover
    The good thingsThere are some benefits such as free food and the occasional good manager
    The challengesLots of co-educators are mean or hurtful to children and other staff. When you speak up, they say it wasn't on camera so they can't do anything. They quiet fired me - after 1 year of consistent shifts, they stopped scheduling me immediately after I spoke up about being uncomfortable. I was supposed to get a promotion after speaking to my room leader, but my manager ignored her and my requests for a meeting citing she was too busy. When I quit they asked me why. They still owe me money in lost wages due to erroneous payslips and I was unable to get them to put anything formal in writing. After, I checked their page and they promoted the employee that was being hurtful to the position I was meant to get. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

    I would never work here again and I will not recommend anyone to work here it’s the worst place to work at. Please if your thinking of working here look for somewhere else

    The challengesAbsolutely disgusting how they treat their staff and families. No communication and they are just nasty from centre staff and manager all the way up to head office.
