Great training, great people, interesting work - no two days the same. The good thingsReally good training, very diverse so lots of new skills learnt. Great team culture with a positive approach to helping each other when we can and sharing of information between us so that everyone's job is that little bit easier. Very structured procedures which make it very easy and transparent to do/see what you have done. Very good one-on-one tutorial feedback when a mistake is made so that you have a better understanding of where you may have gone wrong and why. Very generous staff care by providing fruit baskets daily, snack items in the pantry as well as good quality coffee machine choices. Fun days organised with dress-ups such as pyjama days, halloween, Easter bunny handing out chocolates, International food days where we bring in food and share in the diversity we have in the different cultures we are fortunate to have within our offices, participation in various challenges as well as participating in community projects such as clean up Australia day etc. Potential to earn extra income by providing a bonus scheme and all time worked is paid - even if it's just a few minutes over your shift.
The challengesThe only real challenge can be that we may not always be able to help the customers as much as we would like but this is not a company or staff issue, but rather a governing one as there are rules legislated as to what we are able to do/give a customer, making this an issue out of our immediate control. However, having said this, there are alternative ways we can offer to the customer that can be found within their own local communities.
