The challengesWork environment. Whilst some members of staff were great to work with, the company has an overall lack of effective cohesive management in the Melbourne office. Decisions are made and changed at the drop of a hat, with a “my way or the highway” attitude, which very often failed miserably.
Management has a policy of blame, without proof. The day to day environment is chaotic and frustrating to work with.
