    Probably one of the best cultures I have worked in. You are accountable for your work but you are also acknowledged and supported in it.
    The good thingsFantastic leadership from the Group CEO down. Really supportive culture that puts people and corporate goals together to ensure that there is a great balance of happy teams and commercial outcomes.
