    I enjoyed aspects of the role, particularly working with stakeholders and supporting volunteers, but the internal environment was challenging. A complete overhaul of management is urgently needed.

    Has been the best role I've ever had, just a couple months in but there's no turning back!
    The good thingsTeam culture is superb. Anyone with a passion for sport would thrive in this environment. the organisation as a whole is values/mission driven, and I feel part of something bigger.
    The challengesStakeholder management is a key skill. Dealing with different personalities and being able to find win-win outcomes will hold you in good stead.
