What’s it like working at CROSSMARK Australia?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees value the flexibility at CROSSMARK Australia, particularly the ability to schedule work around personal and family commitments. Many appreciate working alongside supportive colleagues and field workers who demonstrate kindness and professionalism. The variety of tasks is also highlighted as a positive aspect, with employees enjoying the diversity of work and different locations.

However, there are some potential challenges to consider. Work hours can be inconsistent, with fluctuating availability that may make it difficult to rely on as a primary income source. Some employees have found management communication to be limited, with varying levels of responsiveness and support. Training could be more comprehensive, particularly for new staff members, and managers may be stretched thin. Additionally, some field workers have experienced challenges with time allocation for tasks and pay processing, and a number of employees have noted that the workplace environment can present difficulties related to management practices and organisational structure.

Good luck with the fuel prices
The good thingsYou're casual, set your boundaries to casual.
The challengesInconsistent. You're driving to places outside your area for a 20 minute job, then you do that 8 times before it gets 40 degrees outside. Unrealistic hours. Payday takes more than 2 weeks sometimes. Its great as a side thing or fast money, but dont stay too long. If you enjoy the job consider a work car AND a work phone. Not your personal ones.
