Made a mountain out of a mole hole.
The good thingsOther members of staff was all lovely and welcoming. Good hours for someone who has children or semi retired and needs extra income.
The challengesFelt like school, management was your teachers. always telling people off over silly things and getting hot headed over very small things. no management skills, think it was just a chase of who was there the longest. not all bad could also be nice but I didn't like the way they spoke to the older members of staff, sometimes I would bite my tongue. Very simple job tasks but management acted as though it was a massive big project and they couldn't handle the pressure. I would recommend working here if needed to. I would also see who was management at the time.
