    The good thingsFriendly colleagues. Focus on training and development of junior staff.
    The challengesSalary less than industry average. Annual bonuses where a proportion is in company shares for all levels of the firm. Limited resources in mid-management means change is slow and communication poor. Limited opportunity for growth at present.

    The good thingsThe free breakfast and work parties were great, everyone is friendly.
    The challengesThere’s no room for movement in admin, after years the pay is still almost minimum wage, the tasks get repetitive and boring quickly so this isn’t the place for you if you want variety in your work.
