Positive aspects of working at Djarragun College included some nice and great colleagues, interactions with students who were seen as having a lot of potential, good pay and benefits like an extra week of holiday, and the presence of passionate and dedicated staff. However, there were also several challenges mentioned, such as lack of support and ineffective leadership from management, issues with student behaviour and attendance, deficits in processes and lack of cohesion in areas like curriculum and behaviour support, and heavy workloads for certain roles. While the college had positive aspects, addressing these challenges could help improve the overall work environment.
